We acted as you say.. and when our pc try to connect at least 2/3 other ppl join before us. So for us is really usefull and no, if you dont kick someone, its really difficult to join our server after the 6.00 pm till 01.00am. :-) May be here (Italy) the turn over is quite different... :)
