-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] autoexec is only executed on the server start. It is first. Then server.cfg is executed every map after autoexec. I'm not sure about mani's config though. Easy way to test, put echo statements in each config to find out which is executed when :)

I figure I can put the default settings into on of the configs to reset them when the map changes.
