I hope thats not all of the commandline you're using, I already mentioned to
you to edit your commandline and expose your WAN ip. Works for me and my
testbox is unreachable without it.

    Try setting your DMZ on your router to point to the IP of your
gameserver.
    This has worked for me in the past when I've needed to quickly host a

    internal ip-192.168.0.100:27032 , plus UDP to start-27016 , end-27019,

    set another to start-27020 , end 27032 , checked the boxes, saved,
