Copy and paste the text between the dashed lines into a text file named
steamports.bat, then run the file.  The windows firewall ports have to be
open as well as the ones on your router.

  Try setting your DMZ on your router to point to the IP of your gameserver.
  This has worked for me in the past when I've needed to quickly host a game
