So, can someone clarify for me? Is SourceMod itself an administrative plugin (like Mani or Beetle) powered via MetaMod, or is it an interface for admin plugins to be written (like MetaMod), with some primary admin plugin being bundled by default? That has always been hazy, and a few quick glances through the docs don't directly point to this.
