Just a quick question. My server seems to be running, but I won't be able to hop on for a while to test. (People are playing though, so that's a good sign.)
How do you switch to arena mode? Do you just have to load an arena map manually? How do you get out of arena mode? Do you just have to manually load a non-arena map? I'm set up to load random maps from a file, and was wondering if dumping arena maps in there would throw things off. (Since arena config and maps seem to be segregated by default) > Date: Tue, 19 Aug 2008 23:32:51 +0100 > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [hlds] Team Fortress 2 Update Released > > ok ..being a little stupid here may be but... > > on our windows server and on our linux server i cannot change the > server name away from Team Fortress 2 Arena Server when the server has > updated and running an arena map. > > my server.cfg is okay and is the same one it was before the update. > > Any help would be great thanks > > > > Craig Collinson wrote: > > is there a cvar to start areana mode or do you just simply load one of the > > maps for it to start ? > > _______________________________________________ > > To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, > > please visit: > > http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please > visit: > http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds _________________________________________________________________ Get thousands of games on your PC, your mobile phone, and the web with Windows®. http://clk.atdmt.com/MRT/go/108588800/direct/01/ _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds
