My guess is they will probably remove l4d_demo and l4d_full listing and just relist the full server files as left4dead. Although hopefully they give a heads up on it when they do... do the switch and still leave in l4d_full for a day or two after the switch. This way both l4d_full and left4dead can be used during the transition period.
