Just to clarify myself a little; Cracked servers are always going to be a touchy subject among gamers and admins.
Personally, I'm not *completely* against running /*private*/ cracked servers, I ran one for CoD4 for 2 weeks at release for my community, the result was that 25 people from my community who wouldn't have bought the game ended up buying it. (I know some people here will be against this, but the only affect it had on anyone was more sales as people had got to love the game bought it) and that was a one off for my community, as the uptake was slow for such a fun game. net result? 25 more sales for activision. What you're doing, advertising yourself as "The only english/usa cracked tf2 server." does nothing but encourage piracy, and I suspect cheating to some degree, which is bad for players and bad for valve. You're giving nothing back to valve, it's unlikely you've caused more sales by advertising your server as you have, and now you're lashing out at others who seem to run legit servers.
