I don't think this was really asked, but is the force to the forums to benefit us or Valve?
Now I don't really mean this is a bad way. If it's to benefit us, it seems clear that this would be more of a hindrance then a benefit. Now if this was something to benefit Valve maybe it might be something where there could be a representative from the server admins and Valve to kind of go over the current issues discussed in the mailing list.
