Yeah, I think some of us here have come to the conclusion that this whole thing might a tad bit of an overreaction. I don't think we need to grind that back and forth any longer. And I agree with 100% with Patrick that this kind of list is something that should be kept primarily private. I don't see anything wrong with releasing it to those who ask for it but I hate to think of someone importing a list of people banned for 'farming' by a careless admin thinking it's a list of hackers or something of that nature (which is exactly the first thing going through my head on first reading the original post).
I know you feel strongly that achievement servers are 'cheating', but your opinions aren't really relevant here, not more than any other contributors. It's a gray area, I don't think you seem to realize that.
