Myself and another admin did some testing, it seems we can join our public servers from the steam group interface and once one of us is in others join us. We filled a half dozen servers doing this.

I know others are having trouble. Its seems on win2k3x64 we can't connect to the servers, in fact via hlsw I can't even query the servers...
