Well.. To my knowledge there is currently no way to restrict most of the special weapons due to their names being the same as the default weapon (case in point, the bone/uber saw. statistically, they're named the same so if you restrict one using a weapon restrict plugin, you loose both. The same goes for the Scout bat/sandman.
Of course, correct me if I'm wrong..
