I've rented a server through Gameservers.com and I've had it for about a month. However every time a game concludes (either normally or everyone returning to lobby or disconnecting) my server then won't allow a new game/lobby to connect. The only way I have figured out, is to restart the server every time. There has to be a way around this, or even a fix for this.
