the problem is, is that there is to many things someone can do that are not logged and can not be logged.
ie; scout distracts players off the last point and dies but makes it so a spy can slip in and BS the distracted players and cap the point. Now with that the scout would actually be losing "skill" by using a stats program because he died and other gained points for killing him and the spy would go up because he did the kills and caped it, but without the scout to do the distraction he would have never capped the points. These things are not taken into account and in so using a stats based way to show ones skill furthers goes with the notion that teamwork is something not to be done in a game.
