While I applaud Valve's bandwidth reduction (Haven't seen this myself yet), I could use some help from them on possible rate changes to accommodate this change.

Anyone Else? The issue being reported is definitely as a result of the netcode changes. I have witnessed this behaviour on many servers (both DOD:S and TF2), report by many players, and not solved by turning off the in-game overlay. For some people it is very sporadic, for others running higher rates it is common and prolonged. Would like to see this get looked at by VALVe-dev... it's pretty ridiculous. I can play quakeworld and have less network issues.
