Yeah absolutely. In fact, assuming not too much is changed on a server level between the two, it would probably be a single plugin that would track stats between the 2 games. I'm working on changing the way it tracks campaign information so people can add custom campaign stat tracking, and I would just treat the L4D2 campaigns as addons campaigns.
