Yup. And it seems the default for mp_idledealmethod changed from 0 to 1 after last night's update so this now has to be set if you don't want to get kicked while speccing. Before last night, it wasn't needed (defaulting to 0) Anyway, that did the trick, took a while to figure out that it needed to be set to 0 in server config :)
