Is this a windows server? If so, have you checked the localhost address in the hosts file?(windows>system32>drivers>etc)

What what could be? :P Don't quote me on this as I've never used +clientport, but if I understand it correctly: If you don't set +clientport in the command line, it will show as 0, but it will be the same as whatever -port is.
