you cant use the halo remover and change the hat as the bill hats are
different for each class unlike the halo

all_class
--all_halo.mdl

demo
--demo_bill.mdl
engineer
--engineer_bill.mdl

etc each class has a different version of the hat

BTW why was this NOT in the CHANGELOG
