When I lookup hl2master.steampowered.com it returns 69.28.140.247, not 
69.28.140.246 . I wonder if they changed servers.

There seems to be some kinda bug with the master server communication after
the last update, because I'm seeing a lot of failures like this:

A2C_PRINT from 69.28.140.246:27011 :
No challenge for your address.

Doing a 'setmaster remove xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' on every master server and then
adding them back with 'setmaster add' + heartbeat solves the problem
temporary. Server restart does the same thing too, however after a while the
same 'no challenge' pops up...

This seems to affect only TF2 servers.
