 There is great piece of software that has great benefits to this sort of
stuff.
Let me see what was it again?? oh yea A FORUM!  you have singed up on this
mailing list to recieve information that valve is updating or changing
something that the server admins would need to know or use. why rant and
rave on this mailing list (you are preaching to the choir) understand that
mailing list ARE JUST THAT. So the guy got banned, that is between him and
valve. want to complain about it take it to a forum or a newsgroup where
poeple really care...
