Yeah I tried this, but just had my server hang again.
One difference though, I couldnt find a dump in C:/dumps where it seems to put them now.
But it doesnt help with the hanging, at least for me.

There definitely was a bot related crash, might still be. I stopped running
bots on some of my CSS servers because of it.

I talked with a guy from HPE sometime around the CSS beta (limited one) in
regards to bots crashing, and he said that they were aware of it. Fairly
certain Valve's breakpad thingie was spamming them with minidumps
referencing bot crashes.

Talking of which, those of you with freezing issues. Try starting your
server with -nobreakpad. This way it won't send the minidumps to valve after
crashing (unfortunate for crash stats gathering though) but it might just
restart without hanging.

That solved my hang issues on Linux anyway. Haven't had a server hang since.
