There's been a push on the use of DBlocker as of late. However, in terms of Aimbot detection, I'm not sure you would have any more luck with Zblock then that of DBlocker, or KAC in their current states. There were a couple projects in the past that were abandoned (I can't even find any mention of TheZProject stuff anymore). Kigen apparently has something in the works, although it requires communication with his Community Server to even function (could just be a pipe dream in the long run).
