One of your most accurate values in a system like this will be the accuracy value... that being shots/hits. But the best way to catch a botter is to spectate them. I really wish Valve would unbreak the TF2 sniper spectate for their zoom... that's annoying that your spectator view no longer zooms in when the sniper does.

That wouldn't be favourable with pro players capable of racking up a number of kills per second, let alone per minute plus not much of this helps while the OrangeBox engine calculates p2p damage client-side (ever been headshot 'around corners' or 'behind walls'?) In other news, Plugins allowing Server Ops to rebind player keys, issue any achievement to any client at anytime and mess with player statistics. -----Original Message----- From: Radical Subjectivist Sent: Thursday, September 09, 2010 7:52 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [hlds] A ton of cheaters even with VAC enabled are there any Plugins that use a heuristic type detection, like cross checking number of head shots vs K/D ratio vs time? > From: [email protected] > Date: Wed, 8 Sep 2010 20:27:41 -0700 > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [hlds] A ton of cheaters even with VAC enabled > > There's been a push on the use of DBlocker as of late.
