Any flags with + can be set within a cfg

    replay_port is bound upon startup regardless of if you use replay or
   not.<br>
   i'd suggest you use the -strictportbind flag and set all possible
   ports for all your srcds installs<br>
   flags for various ports are:<br>
   +tv_port (default 27020)<br>
   +replay_port (default 27040)<br>
   +clientport (default 27005)<br>
   -port (default 27015)<br>> ------------------------------
