These material errors have always existed and are (mostly) harmless, but they have become startup errors in a recent update instead of only appearing when a player equips an item which uses that material. This was a temporary change and you should see the old behavior restored in a future update. These material errors can be safely be ignored by server operators; we'll see about downgrading them to a lower logging level.
