There's already certain communities planning "raids" on their competitors
using the abuse report tool.

But I seriously doubt it will work out for them the way they think. Just
going to make more work for Valve. I doubt it's automated.

I guess it's mostly it's to report Halloween abuse or servers abusing the
quickplay system (pay to win, instant respawn, etc),
