There seems to be a new program out there to boot everyone out of a server, one
of my servers was hit with it yesterday. I searched around Google for a bit and
came up with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9E7QipxFIA , which was uploaded a
few hours after my server was hit. Looking at the logs around the time, I saw
these lines repeated over x500:

L 11/08/2011 - 19:44:26:
"´_Ä1;k¸µ”ï¤#ß×UÔͼÙpd|ôÈ>öGM·U<397><STEAM_0:1:11902529><>" connected, address

I was playing in my server at the time and right around the time of all the
connects and disconnects, everyone was kicked with "Client 0 overflowed
reliable buffer"
The kicker is the IP 215.112.144.210 is a DoD address so it must be a spoofed
packet.
