The steamclient.dll was just updated again tonight (1/13) which had the same 
effect as the 1/10 steamclient.dll.... forcing the server to LAN mode. I'm 
wondering if a new topic other then steam groups borked might get 
better attention, lol?

My Windows server is fine using the steamclient.dll provided with the Left 4 
Dead 2 depot.  Not saying you guys aren't having any problems, just that not 
ALL Windows servers are broken.
