This feature is already available via a plugin I believe, but for most server admins, having it set to 1 would be a good idea, you can then have another tool to track potential troublemakers, if we are seeing a player blocked by a good number of the regulars on the server, take a look and potentially issue a ban from there. An extra thing to have is never a bad thing, if you don't care for the tool, leave it at zero and move on.
