,Sometimes I’ve gotten gifts immediately and sometimes there’s been a 5 minute delay. It might be a problem on Valve’s end?

Definitely not 5min delay as i've seen and heard people saying they got a gift and immediately as it was collected, another said the same thing.
Sometimes the system is buggy and no one will not get any gifts. I had to restart one of my servers yesterday and it fixed the case.
