I think he wants a sourceban like feature where a player can be banned
from all servers he has and blocked too so he doesn't have to go to each
server and add the ban manually. Only problem is linking the servers he
has somehow to eachothers. This can be a troublesome and not so worth of
effort. Not so easy to do either.

others' bans, all while protecting against fraud. This would require
an enormous ongoing effort.
The chief issue as I see it, what prevents a troll from banning
legitimate players he doesn't like? How do you stop this?
