While I'm sure this is certainly worth doing something about, is this
really the right place for such a PSA? Wouldn't SteamRep or someplace
similar be better for reporting this?

I already used the report function to report him but from his comments
he thinks he has some new fool proof fake clients and he is selling it
as a service to everyone who can pay.
Here is a list including his profile and all the groups he is the
owner of: Please report them as well so Valve will take immediate
action before he starts distributing this to people.
