ive been contacted by them myself, he was telling me that the plugin needs to be on 'custom' type TF2 servers over vanilla due to the latest update blocking the motd in vanilla type servers or something other... it sounds too good to be true. offered $7 CPM, said that he gets paid $10 CPM and he keeps $3 and pays me $7.
