There is, and net_compresspackets 0 may work temporary fix. Valve will issue new patch today.

Yep. All 15 of my servers that were full just emptied within 30 minutes or so. There is something wrong with latest build. I made sure the plugins weren't the ones causing it as well. I run them on Linux.
