Either this is the final blow or they finally step up, created a system
to allow community servers participate. Doubt that though.

Dropping out during a match results in a recorded loss for that

As for how this is going to affect Community Servers.....I'd love
some info as well. I don;t think they mean "12 v 12 lobbies", I
think they simply mean that using the "casual" quickplay will send
you to a server with players of similar skill levels.
What I'm curious about is this:
1. How will this affect community servers - will people still be
able to direct connect to their favorite server if that server is
in the quickplay pool? (if not, I see this as the final nail in
the coffin for community servers).
2. What about servers that host a mix of stock/custom maps? Will
the system only "level up" players on stock maps...if so, this
will further reduce an already dwindling supply of custom map servers.

How is the Meet Your Match update going to work for the
servers we run that are in the QuickPlay pool?
Also, what is the game going to do if a player drops out
during a game? Other games (yes, I mean Overwatch) will
backfill players, but the update page mentions nothing about this.
For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about:
http://www.teamfortress.com/meetyourmatch/ which mentions that
QuickPlay is now going to use 12v12 lobbies and have player
levels.
