Something to consider is the vast amount of new server this is going to
require for Valve to host. Probably somewhere in the neighborhood of
5000-8000 new servers to accommodate the initial rush.

>From a cost perspective, it makes much more sense for Valve to turn over
"Casual" mode to community servers, especially considering they've
essentially removed the ability for "bad actors" to use throw-away accounts
to create nefarious servers.
