You can pull down these files with the SteamCMD: app_update 418480 validate
Client files are expected to follow shortly. Admins should note this update re-enabled Easy Anti Cheat as well as fixing an issue with the modding whitelist (and making sure Gameplay Overhaul Mutator 3.3 is on said list).
