[hlds_apps] Server ports

I've looked everywhere at Steam's homepage, but I can not find anywhere 
which ports to forward/open for the server... only for the clients.

I opened:
UDP 1200
UDP 27000 to 27015 inclusive
TCP 27030 to 27039 inclusive
But than I nobody can see my server in the serverlist nor through WebMod.
Then when I changed 27015 from UDP to TCP I can see the server through 
WebMod but still not in the serverlists...

So my question is:

What ports needs to get forwarded/opened for the SERVER?
