Does the VAC work if I use the restart console command or do I need to
shutdown the server and start it up again? Because if the restart command
works I can simply restart the sever prior to every mapchange...

VAC doesnt do anything with your binds (mixing it up with HLGuard???).
There are no falsve positives with the latest Security Modul and the
connection time will be lowered only seconds in "insecure mode".

I really wonder if you are only asking questions or sometimes reading
previous messages about this. There have been 2 mails recently already
discussing this. VAC is not working on Linx-Server at the moment! VAC stops
working on Linux Server shortly after restarting the server and then stops.
It still remains in "secure" mode. It works perfectly on Windows Server. If
it is working again you will see, that nearly all Cheats are completely
blocked.

This is completely impossible because Health is maintained on the server!
There is no way you could make a Health-Hack. First-Person Mode doesnt
accurately show your health immediately.

No, not on Linux Server!
