make sure he does a: chmod +x 3110_full.bin ./3110_full.bin and see what that does. Substiture 3110_full.bin for the exact name of the file he downloaded. Also make SURE they have the "./" at the start of the second line. If that fails ask them to do a: md5sum 3110_full.bin
and compare the answer to the same command on your machine. This will see if they have a corrupt file.
