Well, in looking at this thread a little more, your setup up may be a
little different than mine in that your using a broadband router?  My
server has public ip's on both interfaces, however one ip is behind a
firewall like yours I assume.  At any rate, I did not specify an ip and
I left sv_lan out of my config (it defaults to 0), and that allowed it
to listen for lan games on one interface, as well as internet games on
the other.  Now when lan people connect, they use their actual wonid's
just as in an internet game.

This is my start up:
./hlds -game cstrike +maxplayers 12 -noipx +map de_vegas
