Sometimes the things you descibe appear to happen on the UA forums I have to agree with you.. Although usually I've been lucky to get good help. This list is a valuable resource where you can get answers that sometimes you can't get anywhere else, and that includes hlguard. I think it's cause linux users are smater than windows users (jk) hehe. I think it's fine to ask HLGuard questions here.
