I just re-read a bit of my post there, and I think I was a bit rude maybe...probably just tired/tired of the subject. :\ Still, anyone who's not familiar with how programs run on SMP OSs/SMP hardware, take a read of that Threading for Rookies doc. It'll help you understand (hopefully) that programs need to be specifically coded to really take advantage of multiple CPUs.
