Well james, the server cannot have adminmod on it for the reason I don't
want it taking up any more cpu power, it's a match server so nothing is
loaded, not even hlguard, just the regular server, no addons, no
plugins, that's why I wanted to know if you can limit the server
variables that can be changed via rcon, such as hostname, thanks
