Still got a problem...

Loaded the new admin_MM_i386_mysql.so, moved it to
cstrike/addons/adminmod/dlls/admin_MM_i386.so.

Downloaded latest metamod_i386.so.gz from metamod.org, loaded it.

L 01/13/2003 - 14:34:10: [META] ERROR: dll: Failed query plugin
'<admin_MM_i386.so>'; Couldn't open file
'/usr/local/hlds_l/cstrike/addons/adminmod/dlls/admin_MM_i386.so'
:
/usr/local/hlds_l/cstrike/addons/adminmod/dlls/admin_MM_i386.so:
undefined symbol: uncompress

It doesn't load adminmod. I got this error when I tried to cheat
and made a symlink to for the lib you wanted that pointed to an
existing .SO which I figured would be compatible. Did I miss
something? (Again)

After the troubles with the reference to the
stdlibc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 we
have recompiled version 2.50.51 which is now again statically
linked
against stdlibc++ and shouldn't cause any trouble anymore. We
have
packed it together with an updated version of Metamod (1.13.3).
>From the
Metamod Changelog:

  - Fixed UTIL_VarArgs and UTIL_LogPrintf (copied from SDK) to
use
proper
bounds-checking (to help prevent buffer overflows).

Use the links from the Admin Mod frontpage or directly:

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Florian.
