The only thing, if Valve has to make hl2/cz/cs2 whatever, a Xbox lead or exclusive game, players around the world will have freeking heart attacks. People will travel from all over to their home office and riot lol. otherwise, who cares? Besides, It is debatable how much valve is dependant/chained to sierra/vivendi.
