I think most admins find themselves in this same situation.  It all comes
down to priorities and most don't have any time left to help support UA
with the work that's needed.  You'd be amazed at the number of admins that
sign up to join a team, only to either bail or go MIA with inactivity and
contact at the first sign of work to be done.

Sure, at the start of a project we have people.  But, when it comes to
sitting down and actually writing the documentation, well... you can see
the current state.  So, yes, in theory we do have a Doc
team.  Unfortunately, it's pretty much dead.

We are well aware that the docs are in a severe state of needing
writers.  Unfortunately, all we get are complaints about them and nobody
willing to step forward and help fix them.  If anyone out there is

FYI, doc writing seems to be the least desired position that people want to
volunteer for.
