All this is totally understandable, and this isnt a flame but... http://www.unitedadmins.com/about-charter-2003.php Obviously took some time to write, But i would have thought, correct installation guides would have been a greater priority than the above page. A charter is great, your press releases are great too, it gives people the impression you are trying to approach things professionally, but when documentation is non existant or just plain wrong (EG: Cheating Death documentation) it removes any image gained from the above page.
