yeah, the 2.5.x kernels use a different style sort of... so its just a
matter of changing the boot file to point to the new 2.5 kernel instead.
its designed not to conflict w/ 2.4.x kernels, even to the degree of being
in /usr/src/linux-beta vs /usr/src/linux

plus, you will still need to use the -pingboost 3 / sys_ticrate xxx to get
over 100 fps in the server.

depending on whether that is important to you or not...
